Word Processing Typing and formatting in MS Word from original document. $25
Resume (CV) Creation Drafting, typing and formatting resume from rough copy or details supplied verbally. $30
Job Application Letter Drafting, typing and formatting job application letter from rough copy or details supplied verbally. $30
Proof Reading Proof reading copy to check that corrections have been entered accurately from draft copy. $30
Copy Editing Proof reading and editing the original text in terms of spelling, punctuation and style. $30
Research Internet research worldwide. Library, public records or local directories research restricted to Nelson and surrounds. Other research services may be negotiated on demand. $30
Data Entry Text or spreadsheet data entry on MS Word or Excel. Data entry into other software packages will require training. Computer capability available for download. $25
Transcription Service Transcription into English. Please note that audio transcriptions may take longer depending on quality of audio tape and complexity of subject matter. We reserve the right to assess the project before committing to the work. $45
Website Design Website design, website development and website hosting services. POA

Terms:

  • The above prices are exclusive of GST.
  • The above hourly rates include fax, local postage and paper charges.
  • For documents of more than 5 pages a surcharge of $3 – per page will apply.
  • Additional costs other than those specified will be charged. Estimates will be supplied in advance.
  • A tax invoice will be issued on completion of assignment.
  • A deposit may be required before commencement of the assignment.
  • Payment: 7 days upon receipt of invoice.
  • Payment can be received by cash, cheque, electronic banking or PayPal.

Delivery:

Source documents can be supplied electronically, by fax/email, post, courier or personal delivery. Final versions can be returned in whichever way requested. For personal delivery or courier, a surcharge will apply. Fee to be advised.
